We provide traditional brokerage services for traditional properties; but we have the flexibility to tailor our services when traditional brokerage services are not a fit.

Each month, you will receive at a minimum a report that outlines all of the income and expenses for your property in that period, including a YTD column.
At the end of each year, we provide annual P&L statements and other more detailed reports as requested by you and/or your accountant.
Our system has the ability to provide other reports such as cash-flow analysis, rent roll, etc as requested.

The lease terms ultimately determine when rent is due and how payment must be made; however, most of our tenants pay on the 1st of the month.
We provide them with multiple payment options to encourage on-time deliver: in-person, via regular mail or online.
Payments, less expenses, are disbursed to owners at the end of each month.
